Q. How late are you open until?
A. Our Summer hours are:
Mon-Thurs. 10am-7pm
Fri. 10am-8pm
Sat. 10am-6pm
Starting in Sept. we will once again be opened on Sundays
10am-4pm
Q. How long/ How much does it cost to repair something?
A. Unfortunately we can't give any repair estimates via e-mail or
over the phone. If there are special circumstances that prevent
you from coming to the store, we will gladly make the appropriate
arrangements.
Q. Where are the prices?
A. Due to the fluctuating prices of gold, we are unable to post
prices. But we will gladly give you one over the phone or via
email. (This service can not be applied to repairs, sorry)
Q. Can I get an item in a different metal or with different stones?
A. The sky's the limit! We can change any item to your liking.
Whether it be getting an item in yellow gold instead of platinum
or change stones from diamonds to sapphires.
Q. I want a custom item, How do I go about getting one?
A. If you have a picture of the item you want, that definitely
helps but is not required. We will make a wax mold of the item
you desire, and once approved by you, we will start production!
